The story is a simple case of Boy meets girl. Boy falls in love only to discover girl turns out to be an undead corpse that would like to take a huge bite (or more) out of his skull despite her love for him. Boy decides to lock girl in cage so they can be together and he gets to keep her, his brains and his life.
Developed by Krang Games, I Saw Her Standing There is a simple minimalist platformer that tells this weird love story. Basically, the boy (you) has to jump in and move in order to get the girl to follow into the cage. However, between him and the cage is a horde of the undead also willing and interested to take chunks out of his brain. The boy will also have move and jump over them in order to get to the cage.
Touching either one of the zombies or his girlfriend will result in the end of the round and you will have to restart the game. When all else fails and should you find a gun, you can press spacebar to shoot at the zombies. The gun does not affect the girl and you can easily shoot through her to kill (again) zombies behind her. After you beat the game once, additional game play options.
